48-Hour Cancellation & Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required for select services.

Please note:

• Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made before 48 hours may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
• This policy is in place to respect our time and to accommodate other clients on our waiting list.
